Chia Seed Pudding for the Win!

For today’s blog post, I thought I would play #PretendCookingShow! Here’s a tasty, healthy-for-you snack that has 3 ingredients and does not require cooking! Anyone can whip up this creamy, delicately-sweet treat.
In a glass or jar add:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
Stir to combine and let sit. Stir once again to ensure a clump-free pudding. Cover and chill overnight. Top with fruit slices just before eating.
